This Cajun Blackening Spice blend is the perfect seasoning for any fish or poultry recipe.

Ingredients

  • 5 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Combine all spices in a small bowl.
