As for the adults, our only issue was the sauce; it was a little thin for our liking. No one had an issue with the ingredients or the flavor. I'll make this dish again but am thinking about changing the order of ingredients as I believe this will be a resolution for our sauce dilemma. My thought is to add the cheeses immediately following the addition of the tomatoes, thereby giving the sauce a little more structure while still maintaining the integrity of the original recipe.
