		<description>I really like mushrooms.  I believe they are a good alternative to a beef, turkey, or any other kind of meat type burger.  I like to marinate portabello mushroom caps in a mix of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper and then broil, pan fry or grill.  And, I just love creminis stuffed with crab meat and cheese.  I think mushrooms are an underrated food.

I also really like that they are low fat and low cal, so you can compensate by adding extra cheese!

Let me see what mushroom recipe I can create worthy of posting.</description>
