I made it today for lunch and I'm not going to lie, I ate more than half because I'm greedy like that! I'll make this pizza again as is in the future. But, I'm thinking about adding one of the two food items that can be added to something to make it better......BACON! The other being chocolate. What's not to love about Pizza (don't answer that if you're a pizza hater)?! Alrighty, I have everything on hand except the ricotta and pizza crust but I'll remedy that little oversight and be on my way to making this by the weekend! And, there will be no kids taste testing this one! HA HA HA it's all for me.....and, well, the husband (sometimes you have to share...even when you don't want to)!
