Tried this recipe. It was really good and we enjoyed it. We love avacado's and everything went well together. Will definitely make this again. Tonight I hope to make the chicken and mushroom recipe. Get back to you on that!!! Thanks

Alright...Finally, made this last night but with a few changes.
I didn't grill anything but wished I had because I know it would have made a huge difference in the flavor. I used kalamata spread instead of olive tapenade and a Colby/Pepper Jack cheese blend because that was all I could find in the grocery store at the time. In spite of these changes, we LOVED it! 5s all around the table last night on this one. The chicken alone was delicious!

The next time I make this, I will stay true to the recipe with the exception of the onions...I think I'll grill them with the chicken rather than leave them raw because they kind of overpowered the spread and we're not 100% in love with raw onions.

This is a tasty complex of layered flavors that meld together well while still maintaining their own identity! YUM!

Thanks for sharing this recipe, it's AWESOME!

I admit that I have not had the opportunity to make this yet but have thought about it.....often (that's no joke...I don't joke about food). In the next couple of weeks, I WILL MAKE THIS!

I was lucky enough to try this recipe, and I must say these wraps are unbelievable! An instant favorite of mine. It seems like a complex recipe to make with all the ingredients, yet it really is quite simple.

I love avocados, and the avocado paste in this recipe is so good that it can be eaten by itself. The chicken has it's own unique, spicy garlic lime flavor that combines perfectly with the avocado paste.

To grill the flatbread for a minute or two is brilliant! At first I was unsure if it would grill properly, but on medium heat it turned out perfect. I don't think I can ever eat flatbread again unless it has been grilled.

I look forward to making this recipe again and again. If you enjoy cooking on the grill as much as I do, then you have to try this!

5 Stars from me!
