Although, I have never made it I do intend to make this recipe soon. Gotta get me one of those nifty torches. The torch I currently have is a lot larger and has some solder drippings on it from household plumbing projects..Don't want any solder drips in the creme brulee, that's for sure! I like creme brulee.
