Unbelievable! I thought I was in a high-end Asian Cuisine when eating these lettuce wraps.
First of all…this is perfect for me since I’m very indecisive. The best of both worlds, beef and chicken! I enjoyed eating them both separately, but was impressed with the flavor of the wraps when I tried combining the two into one.
Another thing is that making a wrap out of lettuce is much more enjoyable than I thought it would be. The lettuce does not overpower the flavors of the meat like a normal “doughy wrap” would. Rather, I think it compliments the meat very well. It adds a light, crisp bite which happens to taste very refreshing.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRYING THIS!
