Black Bean Corn Relish
For those of you who love black beans, this recipe is for you! Serve it over a bed of rice for dinner, or as a dip at your next party! No matter what, everyone will think this Black Bean Corn Relish recipe came straight from south of the border.
Ingredients
- 1 can of black beans (15 oz), half drained
- 1 package of Birds Eye frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 pint of grape tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of Kikkoman Black Bean Sauce with Garlic
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat olive oil in a large pan on medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft and translucent.
- Add black beans, black bean sauce, and black pepper to onions in pan. Cook for 6-8 minutes, mixing occasionally.
- Stir in corn and honey to mixture in pan, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped tomatoes.

Try serveing the Black Bean Corn Relish over white rice (optional).
