How Clean Are Bagged Salads? – Say it ain’t so! While I recognize the benefits to making a salad with a fresh head of lettuce, I still find bagged salads to be as enjoyable as they are convenient. After reading this article about potential bacteria found in bagged salads, my opinion may change. So much for convenience!
